Welcome to the future of State of South Carolina procurement! The state of South Carolina is proud to introduce SCPro, a new web-based procurement system that will result in greater purchasing efficiencies statewide and will improve access to business opportunities by suppliers and small businesses.
To help ensure a smooth transition, SCPro will launch in phases. Scheduled for November 2026, Release 1 sets up your core account capabilities so you can start participating in active state opportunities right away.
What You Can Do in Release 1
With the launch of Release 1, suppliers will gain access to intuitive, self-service tools to manage relationships and transactions with the state.
