Changes to Contract Attachment File Types in SCPro
We are continuing our efforts of migrating data from the current SCEIS system to SCPro. To ensure successful data migration for contract attachments, a communication was distributed in reference to migrating contract attachments to SCPro that may impact your agency. SCPro Testing Update!
The SCPro project team is planning for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SCPro. SIT and UAT are important to the successful implementation of SCPro by testing the procurement functionality of SCPro to ensure that our final product aligns with our state procurement user community expectations and meets all necessary requirements. SCPro critical milestones!
The SCPro project team is pleased to report the status of SCPro critical milestones. The team has successfully completed cycles one and two of System Integration Testing.
SCPro project has entered the Mock Migration 5 phase where we are validating migrated data from SCEIS to SCPro for Release One (R1). Data Migration is critical to the success of the project and serves as the foundation to ensure that procurement transactions function in SCPro as expected. R1 Data Migration is scheduled to be completed July 3, 2026.
