Statewide Term Contracts

The State Term Contracts with Cisco Distributors shall facilitate the acquisition by UGUs for two product and service categories.  Lot 1 - Networking, Observability, and Security Software, SaaS, Cloud & Hardware and Services & Lot 2 - Design, Integration, and Installation Services (DII).  A Statement of Work (SOW) shall be prepared by the UGU and shall include enough detail so that the Contractor can prepare a Statement of Work Quote (SOWQ) to be presented to the UGU that confirms the work to be performed to accomplish the UGUs objectives under Lot 2.

Statement of Work should be included:

1. Location of work 
2. Specific deliverables 
3. Start date, project performance schedule and deadlines for specific deliverables
4. Performance standards 
5. Specific deliverables 
6. Special requirements 
7. UGU Program Manager and Contractor Program Manager 
8. A price for each deliverable including hours and rates as bid
9. When providing a lump sum cost, it shall be supported by a detail quote(s) reflecting the contract rates. 
10. Items not covered by the contract shall be procured separately. 
11. Incidental supplies (ties, tape, wire, etc.) are required to complete the project, and are not provided at no charge, shall be itemized and within the UGUs limit for small dollar purchases and the UGU must approve as fair. Otherwise, they shall be procured separately. 
12. If allowed by the UGU, all travel expenses shall be within the currently approved State Comptroller General’s rates and guidelines; currently at: Travel Forms and Mileage Rate | Comptroller General

Offers after Initial Award Submissions are due by:  

03/08/2027, 11:00 a.m.
10/18/2027, 11:00 a.m.
10/18/2028, 11:00 a.m.
10/18/2029, 11:00 a.m.

No additional new Contractor submissions accepted after 10/18/2029.  Review and Intent to Award will occur within 30 days from the due date.
