This is an Optional Statewide Term Contract
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) improve the health and well-being of employees, which can also improve the individual’s personal and professional growth. By having the EAP, employers can increase productivity, boost employee retention and reduce employee absenteeism. Critical incident responses to include crisis management, furlough, reduction in force, on-site trauma counseling, on-site grief/loss counseling are unlimited to participants in three-hour increments In-person and virtual.
