| Description: |
Interpreters are needed for the following areas, but are not limited to, court hearings, investigations, general services, healthcare professionals, emergency visits, classrooms settings and other programs. The purpose of this RFP is to provide the State of South Carolina’s UGUs a continuously available for In-Person, OPI, VRI, and document translation services to minimize or eliminate any language barrier.
Minimum Charge rate is the amount charged for any reqeust for up to 500 words. For all documents under the 500 word threshold, the Contractor may only charge the minimum charge rate. For all documents exceeding the 500 words the Contractor will charged the established unit price per word. Desktop Publishing (DTP) must be specifically requested by the UGU.
