This is a multiple award contract for any manufacturer and/or dealer offering the highest discount percentage (%) off of the Manufacturer’s Established Governmental Pricing OR Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) for Outboard Motors only. However, Offerors were required to provide the requested discounts for Motors, Parts, Accessories and Lubricants. Awards were made by Lot for each manufacturer’s entire line of Outboard Motors, Repair Parts, Accessories and Lubricants on the specific brands/manufacturers listed in the solicitation. Note: The below date reflects the maximum contract period. Percentage discounts are firm/fixed through the initial term which ends 06/18/2024 and represent the minimum discount offered. However, percentage discounts are subject to change by change order after each subsequent yearly contract period after this date.

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source or sources of supply for the purchase of new, current model year outboard motors, parts, accessories and lubricants for the following manufacturers:

• Evinrude - NOTE:  As of May 2020, Evinrude is no longer making engines but they are continuing to provide parts and warranty services under the contract.
• Mercury
• Honda
• Yamaha
• Suzuki
