If you need to open a new FedEx account, complete the attached New Account Form and email it to govtsupport@fedex.com. Once your account is established, create a user ID and password to begin creating online shipments/labels. Go to http://www.fedex.com/us to complete registration.

DO NOT attempt to open a FedEx account number other than the step listed above.

Once you are notified of an account number, you then need to register it on www.fedex.com (see registration steps in document below) in order to be able to use FedEx services, domestically or internationally.

If you want to use your pcard with a new or existing FedEx account, you can do so securely via FedEx Billing Online. Be sure to use the "Create One Time Payment" option and DO NOT create a payment profile where your purchasing card is saved. You can also make a one time payment by telephone.
