| Change Order: Any accessories directly associated with the purchase of a flag under this contract, which excludes all commercial flag pole products, may be provided at manufacturer’s suggested retail price minus a minimum of 30%. Examples of accessories directly associated with the purchase of a flag under this contract include but are not limited to, flag stands, flag presentation boxes (cardboard or wood), mounting hardware or other items used for flag presentation. ** Combined orders totaling 12 or more flags at one time are to be ordered directly from the vendor with Freight Prepaid. In orders containing eleven (11) or less full-size or classroom flags, shipping costs are the responsibility of end-user.** |
